The room was spacious with good facilities (shower/bath etc). The corridors were clean and, despite many guests having dogs (including me) the hotel smelt pleasant and clean. I was pleased to see that there were bins outside the hotel (for disposing of dog poo bags), unlike the last time I stayed. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The waitress who helped me on the first morning (1st January) was particularly polite/friendly and she went out of her way to be helpful.

I loved the style and decor of the venue and lobby , the restaurant and bar was clean professional and nicely presented. The room was clean nice and smartly laid out and cleaned whenever requested. The staff were professional smart and helpful.

Lovely warm welcome, did try and be a bit cheeky and get into room earlier but not possible, but staff really friendly and very courteous towards us. Swimming pool, etc, really well kept and lovely. Just be aware that if you make a booking by any other agent than direct with the hotel, you will be charged £10 to use the pool and facilities. Food was some of the best we have had in a hotel. The homemade lasagne was gorgeous 😍. Also want to give recognition to the waiting staff in the evening; Lottie and another young chap we're friendly, attentive, and just great at their jobs. Room was very spacious and had a good night's sleep. Also very grateful to be lent use of phone charger.

Many of the staff are stand outs. Chloe, Josh, teah, Matthew (night porter), Emma, Luigi, Stephanie, Chrissy, Jack (The other night porter but not sure of his name), as well as the young chap bar worker that is great with the tvs and remotes:).

The bedroom was really big and we liked that it had a bath and separate shower. The two double beds were really comfortable. The swimming pool area was the reason we originally booked the hotel as it looked great and definitely was. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Was very good value for money, didnt really rate the breakfast, but we decided to have breakfast elsewhere on our return, Apart from that, was an enjoyable stay

What a lovely hotel. Nothing was too much for the staff. The cleanliness was excellent. Emma and Steve made sure we could go and get a breakfast bag early on the day we left as it was before breakfast started, so a huge thank you to both of them. The beds were clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. It has electric car chargers for those of you who need them. Very reasonably priced to charge.

Very nice staff who were very helpful and polite great rooms with very comfortable beds( would have liked a fridge ) great bathroom very nice and bath too . food ok in evening and breakfast But would have liked opening times a little bit longer especially if arriving late or needing a lie in after a night out

We were booked into Room 100. An executive room which was recently refurbished. It was fabulous!! The room included a stocked mini fridge which was included in the stay, a Nespresso coffee machines with pods, a comfortable king size bed, a big flat screen smart LG tv and a very spacious bathroom. The breakfast and dinner staff were friendly, efficient and kind. Conner checked us in -warm, welcoming and very helpful young man. He even took us to our room! Breakfast was good and dinner was delicious! We used the Spa facilities too and it was excellent.

We travelled with dogs and I was anxious that our rooms would be compromised because of this but they were made to feel very welcome and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well equipped. The breakfast and food were very delicious and a good variety was offered. We were staying with family and all rooms were close together as requested. The hotel overall was very accommodating and welcoming.
