We stayed for 1 night just as a treat for ourselves from daily life, being only 40mins away, it's a fairly local hotel to us. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Chloe who was very helpful. Our room was downstairs and we were warned there was a small wedding on but this was not a problem. The noise was very minimal even though our room was literally opposite the event. The hotel decor is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need (although we didn't have a bedroom bin which was odd). Hotel grounds although not huge, are nicely kept. Access to Romans Spa was easy, and facilities here again fab. You do have to pay £10 to use the leisure facilities, however that's for the whole duration of your stay. Food was great, plenty to choose from. We went half board. Overall, we had a fab stay, the staff were really did go above and beyond. We will definitely recommend and definitely be back. Thank you!

The room was spacious, modern, and perfect for our family of five, with two large, comfortable beds and a foldaway bed that worked well for the kids. Each child also received a fun “cheque book” filled with vouchers for treats like mocktails, popcorn, and cookies—a thoughtful and enjoyable extra. Breakfast was a good buffet spread with the usual hot items like eggs, bacon, hash browns, and beans, along with pastries, cereals, and a variety of juices. It was more than enough to start the day. The real standout was the staff—every single person we interacted with was polite and welcoming, The pool and spa area could use a bit of maintenance, but the kids still had a great time and burned off plenty of energy. Overall, a very enjoyable and family-friendly stay.

Our Family room was EPIC - 2 x super king double beds, the biggest beds we have ever slept in - super comfy and loads of room for our little pug to run zoomies - which she did!! The Hotel Staff went above & beyond for us - we had a very early 6.15am start on the first day and the chef Mayur (at 9pm the night before) made us 4 breakfast bags to go which was very appreciated so Thank you. Chloe on reception was fantastic, nothing was an issue and she was very lovely and helpful. The stay was topped off with the awesome use of the pool & spa facilities on the sunday, again with a really lovely chap who was very kind and helpful! Thank you to ALL the staff our paths crossed, you are a credit to the hotel industry, 5 stars all round - We will be back one day we hope.

It was a great hotel and guys and girls who worked there was great unfortunately parked van close to room which was upper floor reversed to some trees as u always do as a precaution with tools in van boxed side door off ages ago for extra security .on the night some low life tried to break in through side door but had extra euro lock fitted so the scum never got in but wrecked the side of the door and van panel.this is why I try and avoid hotels as they are a breading ground for the doley scum bags who won't do a decent days work .so no tools taken just £2000 damage to door etc not sure this is a regular occupancy but I wudnt stay here again because of this.just avoid hotels if possible.

Lovely warm welcome, did try and be a bit cheeky and get into room earlier but not possible, but staff really friendly and very courteous towards us. Swimming pool, etc, really well kept and lovely. Just be aware that if you make a booking by any other agent than direct with the hotel, you will be charged £10 to use the pool and facilities. Food was some of the best we have had in a hotel. The homemade lasagne was gorgeous 😍. Also want to give recognition to the waiting staff in the evening; Lottie and another young chap we're friendly, attentive, and just great at their jobs. Room was very spacious and had a good night's sleep. Also very grateful to be lent use of phone charger.
